Much of your client audience will know about some aspect
your company's product required to fit their needs. However, most users do
not know *all* the details of the good in question… such as a manufacturer
part #. Therefore, a need exists to allow clients to search using multiple
parameters, some of which they *will* know. By allowing your audience to
search on their terms, they are more likely to make contact with your
company's best match product for their needs.
